• Billing data: handled by our payment processors; we receive metadata (e.g. transaction ID, last four digits of card) but not full card numbers.
• Content you upload: product images, brand assets, scripts, and prompts you provide to generate videos.
• Generated output: videos and previews generated through the Service, associated with your account.
• Usage data: log data, IP address, browser/device info, referrer, pages viewed, and timestamps.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To send transactional emails (account, billing, product updates).
• To respond to support requests.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not use the content you upload to train our own foundation models.

3. Sharing & Sub-processors

We share data with the following categories of service providers, only as needed to run the Service:

• Cloud hosting and storage providers.
• Authentication and database providers (e.g. Supabase).
• AI model providers (e.g. Replicate, OpenAI) — content you submit for generation is sent to these providers to produce output.
• Payment processors (e.g. Razorpay).
• Analytics and error monitoring tools.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated content at any time by emailing support.

5. Security

We use standard security measures including TLS in transit, access controls, and encrypted storage where appropriate. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights
