These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of indianugc (the "Service"), operated by Ankan Digital Labs ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

indianugc provides an AI-powered platform that generates user-generated-content style (UGC) video advertisements from user-supplied product images, scripts, and configuration. Output is produced via third-party AI models and delivered as downloadable video files.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that infringes any third party's rights.
• Impersonate any real person without their explicit consent, or generate misleading deepfakes.
• Create content for political campaigning, election manipulation, or misinformation.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract underlying model weights or prompts.
• Resell or rebrand the Service without a written agreement with us.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the product images, brand assets, and scripts you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to Your Content.

5. Generated Output

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we assign to you the rights we hold in the videos generated for you, to the extent permitted by the underlying AI providers. AI-generated output may not be copyrightable in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for verifying that your use of the output complies with applicable advertising and platform rules.

6. Plans, Fees and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a subscription or credit basis as described on our pricing page. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; by paying, you also agree to their terms.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellation rights are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, particularly where required for security, maintenance, or legal compliance.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party AI providers (for example, video and image generation APIs). We are not responsible for outages, changes, or content policy decisions made by those providers, though we will use reasonable efforts to mitigate impact.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all output are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ankan Digital Labs' total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms or for reasons of safety, legal compliance, or non-payment. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or by a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
