Refunds & Cancellations

This Refunds & Cancellations Policy describes when and how you may cancel a subscription or request a refund for use of indianugc, operated by Ankan Digital Labs. Because the Service produces digital AI-generated content that consumes compute the moment a generation is started, some limits apply.
1. Cancellation of Subscriptions
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing anaghkanungo7@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you keep access until then. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months.
2. Unused Credits
Credits or video generations included in a plan are valid only within the active billing cycle and do not roll over after cancellation, unless explicitly stated in the plan description at purchase.
3. Refund Window
For first-time paid subscribers, we offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase, provided you have generated three (3) or fewer videos in that period. Outside that window, or beyond that usage, purchases are non-refundable.
4. Failed Generations
If a video generation fails due to a fault on our side (for example, our infrastructure or the upstream AI provider errors out and no output is delivered), the credits used will be automatically restored to your account. If the credits are not restored within 24 hours, contact support and we will refund or re-credit them.
Generations that complete successfully but that you simply don't like — for example, due to creative subjectivity, AI artefacts, or prompt misinterpretation — are not eligible for a refund, as compute has been consumed. We'll always try to help you improve the next attempt.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We're almost always able to resolve issues directly and faster than a payment provider can. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email anaghkanungo7@gmail.com from the email associated with your account, with the subject line "Refund Request", and include:
- Your account email
- Date of purchase and order/invoice ID
- Reason for the refund request
We respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
